Need help installing weber 32/36 dgv with Offenhauser Dual Port intake Manifold

Alright, I'm totally STUCK! Basically, I can't even get the old manifold off. Hell, I haven't even thought about putting everything back together. At this point I wouldn't know where to start with vacuum hoses & such. However, I would feel "relieved" if I could just get the eff'in old manifold off! Here's the type of Offenhauser manifold I'll be putting on.

With a weber with it.
Here's some oics, suggestions? Before I give up....

You have to get in there and be a little uncomfortable. Go from underneath with a box end wrench.

First off. You have a heat riser exhaust/intake.

 

You will need a new exhaust manifold to do this.

 

Extensions, swivel joints, ratchet wrenches.

for starters, hit everything with a penetrant/lubricant (wd40, pb blaster, etc)
