Don't know if EPA and other tree huggers have ruined this option but it used to be that you could go to tire recappers and they would build up any rubber "baby buggy bumper" you would bring in. Troll the yellow pages and ask. At worst, they will get a good laugh at your expense. At best you will have original bumper guards with new rubber. Link to comment
