KA 620 swap, no spark.

Recommended Posts

So I've finally got everything bolted and buttoned. ECU comes up, pumps pushing pressure, I swapped the fuel lines the right way and she cranks like a champion. No spark. Its an 89 s13 into a 74 620. I've connected the orang fuse wire to the run and double checked all of my computer grounds. I get 12 volts to the coil, but nothing out of the business end. While I was messing with it I pulled the condenslr plug and got an arc. Also the coil gets warm after a bit of cranking. Any ideas?

I'm trying a new condenser. Don't think that will solve the problem though. Accidentally grounding the white transistor wire throughs a single spark. I can hear it arcing in the dizzy. Hopefully this hells someone, or there's someone else that can let me know I'm on the right track.
