Bugeye
ok... but im not puttin MY face near anyones KNOB... I knew somebody here has just as dirty of a mind as me, anyways the stereo is in and I had to buy 4 spacers, I went ahead and ran some speaker wire behind the seats for when I can afford the 6x9's and boxes, but damn i need 2 more speakers, i forgot how shitty only 2 sounded:lol: but now I have music in the truck so when i have to go "vent" i have something to listen to besides myself talk. I'll post some pics after I go clean up the damn mess  and for shits a giggles, my console out of an 85 hardbody, and yes that is a real working cb radio and I use it and from the front Quote Link to comment
Bleach
 OMG LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!!?!?! ...finally found these old pics. Taken 10 days before my truck was stolen. The last pictures of my last 620  Anyway, 6x9's in a 620 truck, yo! backing plate made to hold the CD player in the glovebox area factory kick panels, 1 inch thick spacer rings, speaker grill blue carpet! cut out a little metal to clear the 6x9 magnet Carpet on panel, spacer ring, speaker, grill. Screwed on with long wood screws right into the metal Other side. cut the hood popper short to clear the speaker housing Cd player button on the left was wired to turn on the map light. It worked before I finished the isntall... :( Quote Link to comment
