crazytimme Posted March 21, 2013 Report Share Posted March 21, 2013 I have a wagon h190 with 3.89 gears, the wagons came with spider gears that had diffrent splines, but truck spider gears swap out and I have a "pos 4.375" third if you need the spiders. I will sell the whole axle or just the pumpkin for the same price $100, plus shipping. Link to comment
datzenmike Posted March 21, 2013 Report Share Posted March 21, 2013 The differential has to be disassembled to change the side gears. Mklotz70 has a how to vid in the How To section. '79 non automatic trucks have 4.11 and so does the '80 2wd 720. '81 and '82 2wd long bed Z22 720s also have 4.11s. Link to comment
