Where to source large wheel flares?

I've looked around and found lots of ZG flares, but most seem to be 2 - 2.5" wide.I'm looking for something more like 4 - 5".

I'm looking for something larger in the rivet-on or box flare style, urethane or fiberglass. No so much into the BRE style bubble..

Universal is fine, I'm fairly savvy..  Btw. these are for a 510.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Awesome!    Those may work, but I might want to go MOAR wider still!

Any sources for box flares or urethane parts?

I've seen the 'extra wide' futofab kit and love it for track use, but it changes the body line too much.

Ive looked into urethane ones and all I found was realy ugly and not wide. But I hate box flares with a passion so I have never even looked into them, nor will I good luck lol

Lol...I generally have to agree. Box flares are not great for 510s..

Thanks for your help with the link. It's more than I've been able to find!

Those z force flares are pretty huge. Do you have any pictures on other cars of what you might be looking for? I'm having trouble pictureing anything wider that isn't a box flare that wouldn't change the body line too much.

I measured and the new wheels will come out about 5" past the body line.

I'm not too concerned with changing the body line.

The Z-force flare looks is PERFECT, I just need them to be a little wider.

More like this..

Thanks for the tip!

I've considered grafting, but I really like the rivet-on look. I don't want to bond them.

If all else fails, I'm savvy enough with composites to stretch some ZG flares to size.

I know I'm probably have to modify whatever I get, at least a little. I'm just hoping to reduce the potential amount of work...

wow! 5"! I must have a few more details on your plans. Sounds crazy!

Maybe some KP61 starlet flares? Kind of a hybrid box flare/bubble flare...

I've considered that, but fear it will look completely wrong on a 510...

Any chance someone has done this already? I'm curious now..

I'll share details on the build plan once I start the next wave of tear-down & upgrades.. :ninja:

Maybe cross-post to the realm. I know there's a guy over there looking to make composite floor pans, quarter panels, front clips, all kinds of crazy stuff. You might be able to talk him into something like this. Here's his build thread. They built a carbon fiber bull bar....interestingly enough.

Thanks!

I've looked around there as well and will look around some more.

The guys here at Ratsun and 510-Realm have been awesome and very helpful!

So far it looks I can get the width I need as long as I can convince myself to go with box flares.

I'm still on the fence about that. I REALLY like the look of rivet-on..

I'm still open to ideas, so keep it coming.
