EricJB
I'm in the middle of building a header for my truck, and put a Moroso crankcase evac valve in it. I will probably build some sort of baffle box to put on the pipe you are dealing with. I dont know if it would work before a restricting muffler, but i've heard they pull quite a bit of air on open exhaust. Not sure what your application is. I have done it before on a V8 using a smog pump check valve, (thats all it really is) and it worked pretty good. Quote Link to comment
Silky_Johnson
Everyone keeps mentioning that he can't run a PCV on his manifold, but do we even know what manifold he has? All he said was that he can't because he has sidedrafts. I'd like to see some oics of his intake before we rule out what is possible. Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
the mukini manifolds had the port provisions. I hve a Toyota 20R Mikini manifold that is set up as Silkys set up. Most dual throat manifolds DONT have ports.UNless you make it. if one is really bother by this one coul run the tube to a catch can then maybe back to one of the carb aircleaners if a air cleaner will fit. say a K&N oval type. Make a hole Quote Link to comment
EricJB
Any manifold could be drilled and plumbed to use a PVC, just like power brakes. On a stockish or street driven application, that would be the prefered route. In a high compression, performance application, I would be wondering about oil vapor effecting the flash point of the air/fuel mixture. Dont know for sure, just curious. Quote Link to comment
