Your first post looks a little more orange than the car in your second post actually.

Yeah, I think the color morphed from '79 (second pics) to '81 (first pics). I believe it's definitely the '79 color I'm looking for. The car I want to replicate was a '79, but I'd probably be happy with either...

I'll scan that brochure I have which has paint chips and codes on it.

Super!

Ok here's the paint chips and codes from the 210 brochure I have.

I'm going to scan the brochure in its entirety and post where I put the catalog and service manual I made PDFs of. You can find those here. The brochure will follow soon. There's a brown car on the cover.

EDIT:

Brochure PDF is now up

There are a couple 1979 nissan colors i can find in my system , but there is no color referance chip so im not sure what they actually look at unless I mix up the paint.

Code 647 Autumn Brown

code 668 buckskin

The names provided are from Dupont, and may or may not reflect the same names nissan gave these colors. In paint, the code means everything, the name means very little.

FWIW, "Buckskin" is what's on the car now, so I KNOW that's not it.

From looking at a few sources, Autumn Brown looks like a winner.

This is listed as Autumn Brown on a '78 B210 van:
