It is a round port manifold so does not go with the head on the L18 it was on when I bought it. Never paid much attention to it before as I was only after the short block. With that being said the set-up is probably off the W58 L20B. Link to comment

datzenmike Posted February 12, 2013 Report Share Posted February 12, 2013 This intake is separate from the exhaust and has larger runners than the L16/18 intakes. Yes it does have the EGR stuff on it but you don't have to keep it. Link to comment
