1980 production numbers

I'm looking at a powder blue 4door 210 with an auto AC and radio delete. I'm wondering if anyone has a production breakdown on the 80 210. The seller claims it to be 1 of 80, a claiming find highly dubious.

As you should. These kinds of stats weren't kept on these cars. It's not a '69 Roadrunner. It's a Datsun. You would have a difficult time just finding out how many were made that year total, let alone how many came with certain options installed. 

 

Also, let's say it is. So what? These cars have very little "collector value", so what difference would it make?

 

Since it probably doesn't have a 17 digit VIN, there's also no way to prove what actually came on it from the factory (short of having the original window sticker). Half the options it has could've been added somewhere along the way.

Side note, the odds of it having AC but not having a radio, would make it very unique.  :rofl:

Well datsun no 51 here I come. This will be my first turbo A series (not my first turbo datsun). I do miss my 2.1 turbo 510. Sure hope an A turbo will be fun.

Yeah, like that combo is worth about $38 more than the regular 210.

I've been a datsun guy since the 1970s and I've never seen anything rare about the b210 or 210 they were just cars.

If it's a sedan (not a hatchback), get some for an '85-87 Corolla GT-S (aka AE86).   :thumbup:
