ggzilla
There is no stock length specification. Instead, the factory service manual says to adjust the toe-out 1/8 to 1/4". Quote Link to comment
Dime Dave
That should be toe-in, front of the tires closer to each other than the rear of the tires. I happened to measure a tie-rod last night, 12 3/8" center to center of tie rod ends. This would be close but an alignment is needed as tire wear occurs quickly when the toe is off even as little as an 1/4". Quote Link to comment
Draker
Yeah, get them pretty close then drive to get them aligned and that's it. Quote Link to comment

ggzilla
Or just measure and adjust the toe-in in your driveway. Why pay someone $40 to adjust it? Quote Link to comment
