ggzilla
Block breather tube? There is no threads, it is a push in interference fit. Quote Link to comment
really_drunk
Actually it's the elbow shaped one on the valve cover I'm looking for. The cover I have doesn't have one.. Quote Link to comment

I saw a thread somewhere where from someone that did the same thing. 1 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
The breather tube that goes to the air filter housing? All the ones I've seen have sealer on them? Never noticed them. Quote Link to comment
metalmonkey47
Member babalouie used some generic pipe fitting from the hardware store on his L28 in his Hakosuka to run some copper tube to his catch can. May want to look for his build and see what he used exactly. Quote Link to comment

Dime Dave
Yup threaded. X2, They are very fine threads too. I tap it to 1/2" NPT. No need to drill the hole, just run the tap into the existing threads and it will clean up to 1/2" NTP.and then you can use a standard pipe thread fitting. The baffle inside needs to come out to get enough room for the tap to run down thru. Removing the baffle isn't a bad idea, it would be very dificult to get all the aluminum chips out if it was left in place. This is one I did that uses a 1/2" NPT to -8 AN elbow. 1 Quote Link to comment
