There is a seal up in there that you should be able to tighten a long screw into. Maybe two of them. Use vice grips to pull it down and off the sector shaft. Grease a new seal so it isn't dry and use a socket to tap it up into place. The lower 521 seal is 48137-36700.... about $4. Use this number to cross reference from NAPA or Lordco.... I've done this with a 620 box and it had a C clip and washer and then the seal. I don't think the 521 has these but it may. Quote Link to comment
