reinCARnate
Anyone checked this disc brake kit out? Funny that he says this is not intended for on road use. What!?!? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Datsun-521-620-Truck-New-Front-Disc-Brake-Conversion-Set-Kit-Stainless-Hoses-/400302462914?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item5d33e2d7c2&vxp=mtr#ht_2284wt_1026 Any comments on a rack and pinion upgrade? I seem to be reading that the most difficult thing is finding the room or place to mount it. Any other pitfalls you have to watch out for? Quote Link to comment

Think they're aluminum? Do a few searches on 521 disc brake brackets, maybe throw "Beebani" in the search. Looks like nice stuff to me. No idea on the rack and pinion, but definitely post up if you find some info. on that kind of swap. Quote Link to comment
BEEBANI
They are steel, 1/4" plate, very much not flimsy. He has them powdercoated silver. NOTE: avatar pic Quote Link to comment

We all started some where. Best suggestion I can make is spend a few days going through the project & for sale threads. You can save yourself alot of time and money when it comes to working on your truck. Quote Link to comment
