Farmer Joe Posted May 25, 2012 Report Share Posted May 25, 2012 if your 620 is a 78 or 79, then yes you can swap the whole spindle over to the 620.. if its 72-77, you'll have to do the aftermarket disk brake swap.. check out the brakes forum if thats the case... Quote Link to comment

datzenmike Posted May 26, 2012 Report Share Posted May 26, 2012 No. Later '82.5 and up 720s had similar brakes to the early D-21s. '78-'79 front disc brakes were similar to '80-'82.5 720 brakes. The 720s were getting heavier and heavier so the brakes were up-graded with larger calipers/pads and vented rotors. Quote Link to comment
