79210
so the other day i was working on my brothers ae86 and noticed the suspension in the rear looked exactly like that in my 210 and was wondering if anyone has tried putting the diff into their car or any 86 suspension in their 210 because the lack of suspension options is making me think i want an 86 instead of my 210 Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
What "suspension options" are you missing? You can fit aftermarket springs and shocks to the stock 210 rear - but no limited-slip. You can buy LSD for the Toyoda diff. Does he have the small AE86 diff or the large one? Quote Link to comment
INDY510
. AE86 GTS was the only one with LSD and rear discs Quote Link to comment
DISLEXICDIME
I have allways womdered if a gts rear end would fit under a 510 wagon. Quote Link to comment
79210
i dont know if it is the big or small 86 diff but it is a peg leg and here are some suspension pieces that i can find for the 86 https://technotoytuning.com/toyota/ae86 also there are swap kits that use the 86 stock diff mount locations and you can use a celica supra diff which has factory lsd options disc brakes and in stock form has proven it can hold 450hp if the swap woulf be easy the celica supra diff would be worth it because the stock diff is soo glassy and as far as ive heard there are no bolt in options for diffs and also having probably the most unpopular datsun ever built making the suspension easier to build would make this projectof mine so much easier Quote Link to comment
