project update

so the truck ran a 10.2 at 132mph at 12 psi on pump gas and a little traction issue, and ended up hurting the motor, the blocked cracked right down the middle, not bad for a motor that i'd race for 8 years

so i pickd up a new block and got some new parts

pulling the old motor

flat top with 58cc heads and the block milled to 0, should bring the compression to 10 to 1

got the rotating assembly balanced and assembled the new motor

here's a video of the first time out with the new set up. 10.65 @ 129mph and still on pump gas

still tuning, had to back off timing and slowly get on it  due to no traction and tires being too small

so i got rid off the 26x8 slicks and got 28x10.5 slicks
