datzenmike Posted May 1, 2012 Report Share Posted May 1, 2012 The L16 flywheel won't fit the L20B. In order to use the L16 clutch & pressure plate you will need a 200mm L20B flywheel from a car motor. Truck flywheels are 225mm so if the '80 motor has a flywheel and pressure plate on it you can use it if you go back and grab the release bearing collar that's on the '80 clutch arm. datzenmike Posted May 1, 2012 Report Share Posted May 1, 2012 Make damn sure you get a proper release bearing collar for the 225mm. The one on the L16 200mm won't work on a 225mm clutch. If you are absolutely sure it's an '80 720 2wd then the correct collar is Nissan # 30502-21001 about $35 but you can use this number to reference one from NAPA or Autozone... w/e.
