Drives like a highend old car, like a 70s mercedes. Same powerband too. I'm gonna throw a weber on and delete the emissions. I have a w57 5speed going in, which should dramatically update the way it drives. Rack and pinion would be nice, and it looks like a miata subframe would fit nicely, but I don't want 4x100, so thats out the window.

 

Interestingly, it has a mid-rear sump pan, which is the most common on JZ engines, and since the w57 is a direct swap without driveline changes, and the sc300 (midrear sump) used a w58, an NA 2jz would be fairly simple. I know theres already one of these with a JZ engine in it, but a modern EFI engine makes and old car so much more enjoyable to daily.
