1978 510 weatherstripping

I've been looking for the window weatherstripping for my 1978 510 4dr with no luck. Does anyone know if the PL510 weather stripping fits the later HL510?

 

I found some on Australian ebay, wrote to them and but they didn't know. They did give me the following # 1406156433710. Could it be 1564-3370?????

I think Elmerfudpucker ( member name ) has been researching this for a while maybe ask him.

 

 

 

I personally would stay away from Datsunlandsocal like the swine flu..He uses the phrase " where else you going to buy this stuff.". But we used one of his companies seals, and it`s only been 9 months and seal edges are cracked to beat shit ,,worse than 41 year old seal we replaced.

 

And until he stops selling shit people should stop buying from him.

Um OP asked about 78 510. DatsunLandSocal does not carry seals for the newer 510's.

 

As for their quality... What I have bought is holding up well. But I have other problems with mike...

If you don't mind a little bit of work, I used Infiniti G20 door seals on my 610 sedan. I wiped them down real good and had to buy the little "press Ts" from a supply house, but it fit great and keeps out the road noise real well. I spent all of $36 for all four seals and another $10 for the little Ts...
