yello620
You have fuel, but is it at the proper pressure? Too low or too high will piss off the computer and it wont start. You may also have a oil pressure interupt. Crank but wont start until the oil pressure registers to the computer correctly. how many wires does your sending unit have? One wire units feed the guage. Two and three wire units feed the guage and the computer. Some vehicles can have two sending units. Crank angle sensor? Was it a running vehicle before you took it apart? Or had something quite working that made you rebuild the motor? Is this an early trooper with the GM 2.8 0r 4.3 motor, cant remember which one the early ones used, or in which years. datsunaholic
Are you SURE it's timed right? Grounded? Injectors actually firing? Quote Link to comment
ezcruiser
I recommend this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Noid-Light-IAC-Test-Light-and-Ignition-Spark-Tester-Kit_W0QQitemZ170202155697QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item170202155697 I've gotten rid of soo many headaches with this kit! I mainly use it for fuel injector and spark plug testing. I'm sure Harbor Freight carries them... Quote Link to comment
