The fine is quite large for EACH call dialed to a number on the Do not call list. I take great pleasure in informing illegitimate callers that I am forwarding their info to the FCC and that they can expect to receive a $40,000 bill for each of their infractions! I was thinking something along those lines when he said he had to get his own phone line. Sounds like it is a way to outsource the marketing and limit the liability of whatever company it is.
