I'll get some OIC's when I can but basicly heres whats going on. A family friend has a trailer house with land included I'm getting the option to buy, I'll be finalizing the deal tomorrow and getting the paper work filed. I'm hoping for good mojo as I really could use a place I own vs rent. The place needs work, but is honestly this place is a shit ton easier to work on overall from what I had gauged. Though, I'm considering a drive in storm shelter cause I don't want a twister wiping out my datto. :lol: Quote Link to comment
