There was a guy that did that (of sorts) with a '60 Impala back in the seventies~ spun the body around on the frame. He did it completely legal w/ wipers, lites, etc., but it caused such a commotion DMV made him stop driving it. Wish I still had that pic... Pretty wild video~ thanks for the entertainment...
