Guest 510kamikazifreak Posted August 25, 2011 Report Share Posted August 25, 2011 :blink: What an "adventure " that was to get Uhaul truck/trailer.Short of it was to pick it up in Duncan,nope place isnt there,they are in temp location in Maple Bay,go there where the fuck is the trailer,oh shit he say, go to Langford(after they told us to) no one there,call head office,raise shit,they call back we can deliver trailer to you tomorrow nope I am here now and give me the stuff I was gaurateed,they finally tracked down trailer truck in Downtown Vic(about total of 80 miles out of the way after all the bs) Get truck trailer,given 100 bucks off rental :cool: . head to pick up car here is the adventure :lol: all for a bloody Datsun(I need an Intervetion :lol: :lol: )Oh and in Langfor beside the uhaul we spotted the blue 510 :cool: Quote Link to comment

Swapped an known working EI dizzy into it, poored some fuel in the Carb, crank crank, vroom sounded good,mild cam(is what I was told).It sat for 6 years, started like it sat for a month :cool: Now hook up all the hoses bleed brakes/clutch. All the lights work,as do power door locks :cool: Hmm might be road worthy by the end of this weekend,see how time works in favour :cool: Quote Link to comment
