sdsurf
Got this carb from a guy for next to nothing but need info on it... I am not great with this stuff so picture by picture would be great. In the second pic you notice the pencil is pointing to a broken tab?? Quote Link to comment
Phlebmaster
Broken throttle linkage. Do you have a cable throttle or lever?? :D Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
It's a manual-choke Weber 32/36 with a broken throttle linkage and in need of a good cleaning at a minimum. You'd have to replace that broken part to run on a Datsun anyway. Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Holic, do you just use the one from the hitachi? Just curious :) Quote Link to comment

That's why I have a pile of Hitachis, most missing the throttle linkage. Though I did get a couple Webers that had the correct linkage already on them. Quote Link to comment
sdsurf
Would you be willing to part with the throttle linkage? Apparently that is the piece I need. Definitely a clean, do you think a rebuild? if so, just get the kit from weber? Quote Link to comment
