70 ARC DATS
I just bought a set of weber 40 dcoe 151 and cannon manifold for my 510, and don't know what to do with this line thats on my old intake manifold? its the blue line on the second picture, it has a arrow with a question mark on it "> "> Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Crank case vent tube connected to the PCV valve at base of carb. See if there's an opening on that cross tube on the new manifold that you can screw the PCV valve into. My SU intake has one.... It's the black braided hose in the middle with the gear clamp. 70 ARC DATS
Mine doesn't have it. there is only a port on the far left of the first picture, that has a cap on. can i just vent it through there? Quote Link to comment
Radim
Don't cap it, just put one of those little air filters. Quote Link to comment
70 ARC DATS
Don't cap it, just put one of those little air filters. does it need to be under vacuum pressure or just outside ambient pressure? Quote Link to comment
Radim
It recirculates exhaust gasses into the intake, but i don't think you can use it or need it with the sidedrafts. Quote Link to comment
70 ARC DATS
Can I just vent that line to the one on top of my valve cover? Quote Link to comment
