I make decent money at my current job, but I don't work when it rains, and its been raining a lot, so I would be ok with a small decrease in pay, and there's nowhere to go in my current company. While the O'rielley's has had 10 managers in the last 10 years. Salary or not the guys up here seem to like it. Quote Link to comment
