My plans for this little guy are

get the back dropped 2-3 inches to match the front then shorten up my bump stops.

Install the KA24DE that I am picking up next weekend

Get some new rubber for my new wheels and get them installed. That's the list for now.

Here it is when I brought it home.

The "new" wheels I picked up for it. 17" Titan wheels if you don't know.

Its a truck KA, I am not sure when the swap will start, Its my daily driver currently since my blazers fuel pump took a dump and I do not feel like dealing with it currently. I also need to track down and ECU and wiring harness still.

as far as the LSD its lower on the list, I trust the kid that says he has one in there.

I've been told it's better to use the wiring harness and ECU from a 240sx w/ an KA24DE, even if the engine came from a truck. Apparently, the truck wiring harness is part of the body wiring harness, and thus quite a pain to work with. On top of that, the 240sx's are far more plentiful.;)

I bid on a 240sx KA24de harness and ECU on ebay. I have read about differences between the 91-94 240's and the 95-98 240's.

the one i bid on is a 91-94. I kinda bid before I did all my homework but I am the winning bidder currently but am kind of hoping I get out bid in case this harness is not the right one.

I plan on doing the 240sx intake swap if i can find one.

Installed my drop blocks, i need to take the front down a little more now. My new tires showed up yesterday so i will be getting those mounted to my 17's and put on my truck. I also got a 240sx Intake, wiring harness, and ECU. so time to get swapping intakes and getting ready for the motor swap. I also picked up some actuators from the junk yard so i can add power locks.

Got my wheels and tires mounted and installed on the truck. I really need to get the front lowered a bit to match the rear.

I found its a lot easier to turn with these tires on, i was thinking it was going to be harder since they are wider than what i had on there. now its time to order the disk brake conversion goodies.
