I haven't even bought the car yet but i was just wondering how much custom work i had too do and if any company's made conversions kits. I'm thrown between a LS1, LS2, or stroking a 351 to a 408. nismopu Posted February 7, 2008 Report Share Posted February 7, 2008 my friend and I custom made the jagsthatrun mounts out of aluminum for his small block swap. I would recommend hybridz for most of your questions regarding the swap though. BTW, autos are no fun behind v8's in s30's IMO. The first time around my friend had one in his car and found the hard shifts annoying when going around corners in the wet. Now he has a six speed attached, lol. peace. Quote Link to comment
