Each Phantom Grip unit is assembled with pressure tested matched sets of progressive-rate springs to achieve equal load distribution to the disc plates, which dramatically enhances reliability and performance.

Beware!!! Those do not have clutches but instead use high pressure springs to jam the side gears back against the thrust washers to increase the friction. There are no 'disc plates' in the differential nor do they supply them. That's metal to metal wear of parts not designed nor intended for this.
