Oil Filter housing

I am regasketing my J13 and finally got the old gasket scraped off and cleaned up. Went to put it back on and neither of my books says anything about torque specs. So, I will ask the experts. Anyone got an idea? It is a cork/rubber gasket about 1/16 inch thick if that makes a difference. You all said "no goo on the gaskets" so it is going on dry.

Thanks in advance.

These aren't the oil PUMP bolts, but the filter housing on the outside of the engine. "A" motors probably don't have one, the filter probably screws directly to the block. I don't really know anything about A motors. The J engine has an aluminum housing that bolts to the block, and the filter screws onto that. I thought 5lbs didn't sound like much either. It does have lock washer though.
