fisch
What is the best forum for vintage Toyotas? Like the Corona? 60's early 70's? I've google many of them, but when I get into the classifieds, they seem to have way less postings than Ratsun. Certainly for the vintage stuff. Lots of stuff for the modern Yotas though. Honestly I think JNC (which I LOVE) is as good for the Vintage Toyota as most of the Toyota specific forums I've seen. I know Ratsun is the best damn forum on the planet (HELL YEAH!), so I think I must just be spoiled. But those of you who cross over to other makes more often, do you find as strong of a scene in the other vintage makes. Quote Link to comment

INDY510
I look at club4ag.com for wheels.... ... (I really shouldn't though) They seem more into AE86s... ... but there is probably a old school section... Quote Link to comment

Shonuff
there really isnt a "good forum" out there for corona's. or i should say, there isnt a forum out there. jnc is pretty good. http://www.toyotaclub.org is very similar, but a very slow board. this one has been up fo ev errrrrr http://www.turbocreations.com/corona/ this whole forum kinda sucks, but there is a (insert any yr/model toyota) forum. http://www.toyotanation.com unfortunately there is no forum even remotely close to ratsun in the toyota world. it seems like most old yota owners just hoard their shit and hide from teh interwebz and other owners. other worthy old skool yota sites: http://www.classic-celica.com 70-85 celica http://www.celica-gts.com 85 celica and everything 22r http://www.toyotaminis.com pickups, hilux, and stouts Quote Link to comment

Thanks guys, I've got some clicking to do! Nice to see that quite a few Datsun guys cross over. And no wonder you hang out here Shonuff! I was hoping to hear from you on this subject. Yeah, I am really surprised there isn't as big a scene as Ratsun for the Vintage Yotas. I know the toys have a lot of brand loyalty. Hell Datsuns are extinct after all. Seems like a prime opportunity for someone to create the ratsun of toyotas. (Not me though!) What would t be called? Toyada-yada-yada.net? Toyodel-Le-He-Hoo.net? And you are correct Indy, I know better! If I had it y'all would be the first to know! I am trying to talk the owner of the 68 4-door Corona with 38,000 miles into a trade. But need some better pictures of the usual rust areas, and it is 5 hrs from me so I can't quite run over there! Quote Link to comment
