HereKittyKitty Posted August 24, 2010 Report Share Posted August 24, 2010 are 240z,260z,280z stock exhaust manifolds the same? i have a blow thru turbo designed for a 240z and i want to put it on my L28? should i use a 240z exhaust manifold on my l28 then? Master-O-Turbonics Posted November 23, 2010 Report Share Posted November 23, 2010 You need a 280zx turbo exhaust manifold to use a turbo, unless it adapts to a stock manifold There were some differences with EGR on certain S30 manifolds but I do not know any specific details. Quote Link to comment
hellamikey Posted January 8, 2011 Report Share Posted January 8, 2011 There are a few different manifolds out there. The biggest issue is port shape though. any round port mani will will work on a round port head. Same with square ports. The exit flange may be in a different place depending on application though, which would change the orientation of the turbo. Oics of your setup would be helpful! Quote Link to comment
