Benkrwn
I'm currently experiencing some trouble with my stock 72' 620 hitachi carburetor. I want to switch it out for a new weber. Does any know who would sell a conversion kit for a 72'?? Quote Link to comment
izzo
Wow, lol did you use the search function or google? http://www.redlineweber.com/html/application_guide/NISSIAN_TRUCK.htm Or ebay, or put up a want ad in the Parts Wanted section for a working weber, with adapter plate and linkage for a 620. Good luck Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
webercarbsdirect also. I like the 5A version as its a manual pull cable type choke. you might need to buyt the cable. If yo have a eleltric choke you might want to get the E(Electric choke) version or the IC version with the idle cut off(incase you get a later open chamber head had have dieseling proplem when you shut key off. I just make a double lug wire at the choke then continui on to the seliniod. warning most those carb adapters in the kit are the cheap thin ones so dont over tighten. ck your ignition first if still running points. a condensor or a worn out bushing that cause the dizzy shaft to wiggle will give backfireing soemtimes making it look like a carb going bad.
