i don't know how some people can wake up in the morning and go about there day knowing they have taken from and cheated good people.

Yes it does make one wonder doesnt it!

 

I feal very guilty for taking peoples money up front ,And they may not have a chance in hell of getting the equipment they ordered :angry:

 

There are a couple people that really come to mind,One an older fella,Called and I talked to him,He bought a unit sight unseen pre paid over the phone, was to pick it up that Tuesday from me(my monday)

And also another,he bought a splitter in dec or therabouts,It had a faulty pump,The manufacturer tried to reneg on it ,After a few calls I got things on the roll(was 4 or so months in limbo)

And the pump was on its way,Now he has to wait til this crappy mess gets sorted out!!boo

lou i can understand how you feel but i'm sure your customers realize you were trying to help them and your boss (lets call him shyster) is the asshole. i bought a bmx bike from a store once i had it on layaway. i still owed a hundred bux on her when the shop shut down. i'm not sure what happened or why the store closed but i did get my bike in the end. like jason said your not the bad guy.

I sure hope they do,I did seem to make friends with quite a few in a short period of time,Heck even one is a vide guy :o

Stuff like this is just to screwed up stores shut down people left high and dry..

The "boss" really do not know what to think at this point,seemed pretty decent but we know how that has turned out,It is a big legal battle ,many lawyers etc,one guys words shark tank! :o

So I get a call

 

The reciever wants some of the former employees to go in,and tie things up in this place :blink:

Get peoples equipment back to them,and stuff like that

I have heard of this happening,

Whatcha yah think :unsure:

 

I am gonna go and see what the reciever has to say and read some documents on Monday :o

Well got some answers today!

Just as I suspected(the person I started with) :o The whole scenerio

The formers owners have the receiver working on their behalf,

The old fella that pre paid his stuff was in there :cool:

Just need to see what the specialist says tomorrow(the back)and if is ok,Then I go to work for these guys on a week to week basis(written contract with one week notice paid if worked or not) til it is resold. :blink:

That's good to hear Lou! I'm looking for a small diesel tractor, 4x4 , with loader and backhoe if you got a good one cheap too ....
