KrazzyKevin
I'm looking to get a Weber carburetor for my 720, and I'm wondering where you guys like to buy them from? Is it best to order them directly from Weber? Or is there an auto parts website that you've had good experiences with? Or can I just go to my local auto parts store an order one through them? I'm just looking to save some money and not get ripped off. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. Also, I've heard that in addition to buying the carburetor I need to get a mounting kit or conversion kit or something like that specifically for my truck, is that true, and how do I get one of those? -Kevin Quote Link to comment

MicroMachinery
You can go directly to weber for a guaranteed good one at a premium price, or ask around on this Forum and try to find a less expensive one. I'd say you've got a good chance of finding one here, from a good honest person that won't rip you off. They're a common enough carb; I've never seen someone look to long and not find one. racerx
You mean like a 32/36 weber, yeh...Weber Direct, Red Line, google weber carbs and you will get tons of response..be careful because there are fakes out there, made by EMPI..they claim to be weber or just like weber but they copied Weber. EMPI is a little cheaper but why scrimp when you can buy the real one. I think the EMPIs are made in China and, of course, most companies can't touch them for trademark impringements. KrazzyKevin
Thanks for the quick responces guys. I've used this website before and they've always been reliable, does this look like a good deal: http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sku/Nissan/720/Weber_Redline/Carburetor/1986/Base/4_Cyl_2-dot-4L/W0133-1599141.html?tlc=Engine+%26+Drivetrain Also, really random, but how do you write text over the url when you link something, I've never figured that out? So it says like "click here" or something, rather than http://www.blahblahblah...etc.? Quote Link to comment
benzo
Try pierce manifolds in gilroy as they are a huge weber dealer. I don't know if fast freddy's in so cal still exists but look at them or try topend performance or maybe toysport or CB Performance. some of those bug places sell weber with good deals Quote Link to comment
racerx
Pierce is a little bit pricier.. Quote Link to comment
