N0RCALDIME
Is there anyone who has done a right hand drive conversion in a 510? I'm wondering how difficult this would be and what steps would need to be taken. If there is a build thread with this info or something please post it. I searched to no avail. thanks. datsunfreak
Is there anyone who has done a right hand drive conversion in a 510? I've done one in a 510 and one in a 1200. Regardless of how tough it seems, it's twice as much work as that. Shoot me an email and I'll put you in touch with a friend who was dealing in RHD swap "kits". john@roper-photo.com Quote Link to comment

memo
how much fabrication is involve? Quote Link to comment
thisisthenewsic
I purchased a rhd swap for my 73 510. Came with dash steering rack and pedal assembly. I paid a guy to do the swap for me. I can post pics of the swap when I get the car back. He had to cut the holes for the steering column and the brake/clutch masters. We re ran custom brake hardlines and then a steel braided clutch line. If you have the fabrication skills and equipment skills I'd say go for it. I just paid to have mine done. Quote Link to comment
