what front and rear suspension are u guys using??

 

my truck is hellla bouncy!!!

1)Bouncy by what means????? hit a bump and the thing keep going up and down? or 2) if your so low and your on the rubber bump stops.

 

if #1 then get new shocks.

hmm thanks for reminding me. i havent taken off my bump stops. i got pinto shocks for the fronts and its still does up and down when i hit a bump... =(

Do Pinto shocks fit better than 521 shocks? I ended up finding some by length since mine is lowered and has no more bump stops...thats where the question comes in really...I have had to replace one of them twice since they blow out.

i havent really tried the 521 shocks. hows the ride and fitment?

i got KYB GAS A JUST very firm shock at decent price. I say better than Ranchero if people think those are good for trucks

 

I dont know how low your 521 is ,but make sure not to cut the strap on those GAS A JUST as once it extense its a MOFO to get it coempressed again.

 

but a daily driven 521 buy the cheap shocks fro Monroe 10$ apc

ok i just remove my rear bump stops. not sure if imma remove my front bump stops... i think its bouncy coz of the pinto shocks i got in the front. prolly ill just switch to monroe. how much are KYB GAS A JUST

be honest if you push hard Down on the truck and the truck dont bounce your shocks are good.

I think these trucks are naturally kinda rough riding anyways.

I choose the GAS A JUST to keep it from bottoming out as they are a strong shock that is hard to compress. But f your looking for a smoother ride maybe a softer shcok is needed. but might float if going fast and hit those smooth long bumps(you know what I mean)

i think my fronts are hitting on the bumpstops. its just too close. did u take out your front bumpstops? i only took out the ones in the rear. i will replace the front pinto shocks with gasajust i found some for $45.
