Ignition or wiring problem

Quick question. I've got stuff wired ok from what I can tell but I have something weird. Got a radio rigged up to see if it will work, it works in the ON and ACC positions no problem, but it also turns on when the key is turned to lock and taken out. Wiring or ignition problem?

i would get out a light tester and start testing stuff.

Sounds like your just pulling from a 'alltime power' location. without pictures or more specific information its not possible to fully figure out whats going on though... If the radio stays on when the car is turned off, then both your main power lead and ACC power from your deck are pulling from alltime power... For newer decks the main power SHOULD be going to alltime power but the ACC line from the deck should tie into something that turns on when you turn the key ACC. It doesnt actually power the deck, just a relay that turns the deck on when you turn your key....

Yeah I got it figured out guys, I read a diagram wrong and hooked up the wrong wire lol.

 

I hate wiring, especially in a car that somebody else messed with. Need to figure out why my wiper motor and washer motor isn't working now lol.
