nukeday
There are a couple of 521's in a local yard with good windshields. I'm pretty sure I can remove one, but I have no idea how to transport it. Just getting it out of the yard could prove troublesome. Once it's out, moving it in my truck could be dicey, too. Suggestions please... Quote Link to comment

steve g
towels, quack tape and dry snow or cardboard yep....what he said... add a few prayers and transport with a vehicle that has good suspension (suspension meaning soft and spongy) Quote Link to comment
stevensonDNL
I was able to carry a used '77 620 pickup windshield quite safely in the cushy back seat of my '02 'rolla. I leaned it against the seat back (glass backwards) and padded it well with some pillows and jackets. Worked good for me... Dan Quote Link to comment

izzo
i put my 720 wind shield between the front and middle seat of my van, no padding, drove it home. Hit some major potholes, bumps and whatever else. Didn't crack or break... Quote Link to comment
