'70dime
I am about to rebuild an L20 for my 510. My plan is to use 280z flat top pistons, a ported w58 head, Mild cam, and a down draft weber. I have used the ozdat engine builder program and it doesn't seem like there will be any clearance issues but I'd still like to get some feed back on my plans. The 510 is my daily driver also so keep that in mind. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The L20B is a well documented swap into the 510. It's only 3/4" taller than the stock motor. Quote Link to comment
'70dime
I already have an L20b in there its just the one thats in there needs a rebuild so I'm gonna build this one then swap them. Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
280z flattops?????? You sure you want to do that?????? thats kinda high comp for a daily driver. get stock or use the stock dished pistons so you can run the cheap gas olddatsuns.com Quote Link to comment
