going rotary need help

here are some pictures of the project, so you could see im not BS, is still not done. just take that in mine before you criticize me,and work. also im not a mechanic just a guy that likes own cars, and this is my first 510 project only major part of this project was to cut and flip and re-weld the crossmember, make the front motor mount ,and also the tranny mount. is almost there, just need a couple of more detail.

p.s. sorry for the spelling, and grammar ?

I assume these run 2 coils for the distributor? Your neihboor going to help?

thanks for the good feedback , and your right it dose take 2 coils , the 1 in the pictures is the old L serious coil. Like i said im not done, but the most important part is done. having the motor in. Now is the hard part. are all the details and making it run .:rolleyes: Like my neighbor said lets start and tune the car then make it pimp ?lol lol. If anyone else what's to do a rotary swap i will give you all the details of how to do the motor and trany mount's, and how to do it is fairly simple and is half the price of going ka or srdet. times are hard economy is bad

the thing is is there a couple people that get mad or hurt that im doing this swap wish is something was done back in the old school days they think jst cause you got a certain brand of car you should keep that way. or maybe they jst don't like it oh well ? lol lol

I guess its cause you don't have many posts, your spelling is also pretty shocking. Maybe they just think your a school kid talking crap?

Either way keep going and keep the updates coming, I have a mate putting a rotary into a 105e ford anglia (I don't know if you guys got many british fords over that way) but thats probably interbreeding at its finest! :lol:

Having owned several early british cars and knowing their reliability/maintenence schedules and the perceived reliability of rotories we have many amusing conversations centered around how long it will be till his car explodes spectacularly :)

Here's a picture of what an anglia looks like (not my mates one, his looks alot different :) ), they are tiny wee cars they weigh about 680kg's (1500lbs) standard probably less with the rotary in it!

well for me not being a mechanic and owning my 1st 510 it was very easy if u do go rotary in live in lake elsinore inland empire. u could drive up to my house and i can show u my car i even have to 2 spare 13b motors for sale a 4 port low compression motor if u want to go turbo and a 6 port for a aspirated motor,to me it was cheaper going rotary i spend about between 2 and 3 g's for everything , oh i also have a 5 speed trany

i c. i have been just trying to learn as much about these cars and motor swaps as possible. i just moved to fullerton so idk how far ur place is but i would would like to c your ride one day when i get closer to doin a motor swap of that caliber.

i don't really know they don't have much torque, but they have alot of wine zoom zoom ? lol lol and you can redline the crap out of them.

hey guy's after almost 6 month i finally got to drive my rotary 510 zoom zoom edition.:101384_l: i hope i do this right check out the video's just click on the pictures it took me 3 motor's to finally get her done.
