you did not say it was a 4x4, although i "figured" it was as you wanted to swap in a 4x4 trans. and that it is jacked up pretty high. sorry for that asumption also, but i guess i was only haf wrong now wasnt i? lol

I have a 620 longbed project going right now, and budget is tight. I was offered a good deal on this 720 (free) it has the l20b and looks to be rust free except for the battery tray, someone gave it a god awefull paint job, it burns oil but runs. it would be a little over 300 mile round trip to go and haul it home. I am just not sure what i would do with it. right now all i can think of is the seats, the electronic distributor and the barnd new starter would be nice to have, i doubt the 4x4 5 speed tranny would swap to my 620. read this first sentence. you clearly said "Ihave a 620 longbed project going right now"

get an l16 manifold. i have one if you want to pay 10 + shipping. its in good shape, ill even throw it in my parts washer to clean it up

hey i used a cyclo professional series speed waxer and some MOC bananna wax. this waxer is basically a minni buffer, so it does take a lot of scratches out. i went over my truck twice. ill go get pics of my truck :) link to waxer btw to give you idea My link

i think the pics shown are his project. he says he has a project 620 4x4, and is being given a 720 4x4 free. the pics he shows is a 620, i believe is his project

i think it would be beneficial to get it. probably part it out to get the money back for gas on a few items

buffed and waxed the datsun today!! holy shit! it looks amazing! never thought this paint would shine like this! its a great 20 footer now :) i am pleased with the out come, and can live till a paint job is in budget. also installed my newly acquired NOS philllips amber head lights :) which are also amazing, but i need head light buckets, mine are pretty messed up. got my datsun key chain in the mail today. also got another box from "jefe de jefes" today! it included a weber rebuild kit! which he was very kind enough to donate to me for the carb i bought from him. i knew the carb was used, no warranties or anything, but he found out i had a little leak, and he sent me a whole rebuild kit! THANK YOU JEFE!!! also included for free!, a 521 dome light cover in mint shape, headlight switch, and a fan switch!
