  1. yeah Phil, that sucks you had to borrow parts off the 2 door. but sometimes you have to do whatever it takes to keep going. if you want drilled poly bushings for your tc rods hit up Erik Carter I just swapped his out last weekend, but dont blame you on if you keep the adjustable ones on.
  2. ok I have 2 sets of adjustable LCA's fresh from the powdercoated, both sets are powdercoated gloss black, have brand new heim joints that are nylon lined, and metric drilled hi-misalignment spacers. I should have some more next week( I ordered some more parts) you can order them as a package or just the LCA's and you supply your hardware. parts are located in Battle ground,wa price is 200.00 shipped with a core, if you do not have a core there will be a 50.00 extra charge so 250.00 total. when I receive teh cores I will credit you the 50.00. I have paypal, so I will just credit your paypal account back when I receive the cores. If you are local let me know, and if I have an open bay in my shop we can swap them out. They dont really take that long to swap out.
  3. yes when he corners the LCA's actually rub on the brake rotor
  4. damn I kinda want those GL lights to match all my other tail lights
  5. i really like the GL taillights also
  6. i have one but im in battle ground
  7. hhhmmm are you hiding on the other side??// are you airing down ?
  8. My girl left for work around 830 and took the puppy so I didn't have to watch her, and been enjoying the High Life bottles since around 4 hahah\
  9. well I actually feel like I got something done today, so if the rest of the year goes this way oh hell yeah I might actually get some projects done. ok so I built a phase converter bracket for the lathe so I can actually finally get it hooked up, and built a couple of sets of LCA's built and then finished the front of the frame of a customer's rig so I could bolt on the front bumper I built and then started mocking up the rock sliders I built for the rig, hopefully have those all welded up tomorrow... so in case people are wundering I should have some LCA's for sale buy the end of this week I'm hoping. So did anybody else get some shit done today?????
  10. um yeah not happenin, haha possibly gloss black or white
  11. yep got your LCA's right here, just waiting for your car. actually thinking about taking a few sets to the powdercoaters this week, what do you think? you want them pink or something? hahahhahahahaha maybe i'm kinding, they will be probably go gloss black
  12. some people use the S12 rack and pinion's if I remember correctly
  13. I just found the pieces that were cut out of the rear coilover bodies, and yes 3" were cut out
  14. thats a bad ass car right there
  15. they are aluminum. the springs are tight front and rear oh yeah also for the rears you need to order some top hats from a dirt track race shop and then they will bolt into teh 510 body and when yyou pull into some parking lots you will lift a rear tire, its kind of funny
  16. yes you are correct I cut out like 3" of the rear tube and rewelded it. and as far as I know you might want to get different springs anyways because the track series uses stiffer springs than teh street series. on mine if I remember correctly the rear uses 8" springs and then the front is 7" or 6" I dont remember, I think Ground Control is the only spring I found in a 5" spring and they only offer one of them. but like I said for my car I don't think my tire would clear the fender at all if I drop down that far. but then I would have to MAJOR rework in teh rear to lower the car to somewhat match the front.
  17. Thanks, one of these days I need to make a build post on the car maybe soon
  18. its pretty low, but I had to raise it up an inch because the tire was dug into the spring. Im running 16x7 +20 rims and 205/40R16 tires. the only way I could keep it lower is too get some 5" or 6" springs but already at full turn my tires rub the fiberglass fenders which I consider "auto" clearancing haha I havent measured the crossmember or anything, I just raised it up until the tire wasn't rubbing anymore. So are you running the 280ZX struts then? if so I'm not sure where to cut on those tubes, I only left about 5/8" of the tube and then lathed out the bottom of the coilover tube and botoomed out the coilover tube onto the strut tube heres a picture of my car
  19. Im running a set of Megan street coilovers front and rear in my car. Im running a bottom section of S12 struts with the megan's that way my Z32 clipers bolt on
  20. I have a couple back windows, but the 73 have the rear defrost in them. thats why i was wundering if it was a 73 or not
  21. shit is there anything left on it? so was it a true 73? who got hte back window?
  22. oh shit, I hope your doing ok
