Iam currently running 32/36 weber on my l20b with no choke.

Ok now I thinking of upgrading it with 38/38 weber.now do I need to go with the one without any choke machical or electronic? And also will my old fuel pump work just rite wit it? Or do I need to swap a electric fuel pump too.

THE LAST OIL CHANGE WAS 1400 MILES AGO AND I JUST HAPPENED TO ADD LIKE 8TH OF QUART OIL.I RUNNING 30W ON IT.MY QUESTION IS THAT NORMAL OIL CONSUMPTION?
