Yep, those are the parts I'm talking about, my group of tools has both the vinyl cover for the jack and the rod. But hell if I can figure how the jack gets pinned down by the bracket. Anybody have pics of how all those parts are mounted in the truck?

I've got a pretty complete stock 79 620 King Cab I guessing must be a Deluxe trim package, because the stock door panels I just bought don't go all the way up to the glass like the originals. Here's what I'm trying to figure out...I've got the Nissan tool bag & tools, orig red jack(?) with vinyl cover, and spare tire rod (red) with vinyl cover, and red crank handle inside the tool bag. There is one mount on the floor behind the driver's seat that looks like it is missing a rubber strap or band of some kind to secure either the jack or toos.? The squatty red jack doesn't seen to fit in it right or I'm not putting it in right. I recently was perusing the local pick & pull trying to figure it out, but all I could find were some standard cabs and they seem different yet. Does anyone have or could take pics of how these items were stow in this model? There are no hooks on the inside back of the cab like in the standard cab for the rod. One guy told me he thought the spare tire rod stows inside the driver's door along side the seat. But with the cover on it, it won't slide thru the frame, and then there are the plastic seat rail covers to contend with. Would appreciate your time and pics!

I have a 79 620 KC pickup I got a few months ago. . Last weekend I picked up some really nice blue un-cut door panels to replace mine that have empty speaker holes, and to look better than the "grandpa" plaid cloth material that disintegrated out of the middle insert. Luckily they were thrown in and didn't cost me anything on a dash deal along with a set of rubber door squeeges on a complete dash purchase. Thinking I didn't need the door squeeges I gave them to a nice guy with a 620 PU who's had rotted away. When I got them home they are smaller in height than the existing ones I have on my truck. They appear to match your "deluxe" door panel description, although there are no "Deluxe" emblems on my truck. There seems to be a rubber door squeege on the outside of the door window, but there is a felt type squeege attached to the inner door panel. I don't know if there was originally a plastic washer around the door lock pin or not, as I have seen some on later model sedans.

Sorry Z. I simply misunderstood. In your PM you said "that sounds good just gotta see my pay check on thursday." That was vague enough to me I took it to mean you had to see if you had enough money on Thursday. In the mean time a friend showed up with cash in hand on my way out the door to work, so I sold it. I didn't realize your statement meant to you that you were commiting to buy it, and you expected me to hold it without asking me in the mean time. My apologies. Sure, as long as you pay for it! A guy from Texas wanted a quote, but he never replied back..I had to buy a box for $4 to fit it because it is such an awkward size and then reinforce it. The shipping was another $20. It'll probably be a little more if it goes to the east coast. So that would be $49 + if that fits your wallet. If you get me a zip code I can check for you.
