All these parts came from his 620. He made two different face plates for it from broken bezels, one pointy, one flat. The only thing missing is the color coded yellow/red line indicator at 6k RPM. (DZM told me he ran a similar setup in one of his prior vehicles.) If you want to gamble and wait and see if I have it when I can get my truck running again (in the fall? Salt water fishing season is heating up fast!) I can test it then. I've got the typical severly cracked 620 dash that I hate looking at. I may have found an expensive dash in super shape, but am afraid if I buy and install it...it will simply crack or peel in short order like the rest of them. :confused: Who's installed a dash cap in a 620? :crying: How hard was the install, trouble getting it straight? Did you have to remove the dash to install? Durable? Does it scratch or crack as easy as the original? It appears there might be two kinds available on Ebay, one a partial, and another full face? Is one style or brand better than another for any reason? :w00t: Would appreciate any feedback experience the realm may have. :thumbup:

nthedrk71, There are two guys in front of you for the seat rails. Still have the AC switch. I'm sure it would go in an "if it fits" box for about $5.35., $15.35 total. Did the 720 disks make that much of a difference worth upgrading???

I recently got a bid on recovering some bare truck seat frames I have...$220 each not including foam or material! Yikes!!!! If we weren't in the middle of Mexican drug wars down here I'd go south of the border for a bid. Knowing my luck they'd fill em full of heroin and I'd get stopped by the border patrol dogs and spend the rest of my life in a Mexican prison while my poor Dat rusts into dust. :bye:

I have a 79 620 without a sway bar. Does anybody have a sway bar in a 620 with ball joints? I have yet to see one. I've seen three kingpin 620 trucks with sway bars, but have yet to see one on a ball joint 620. I saw one one on a 720(?) today in a junk yard that had ball joints and it all looked very similar to mine. I couldn't read the ID tag there but I snapped a pic of it (see below.) Possilby an 84? 1. Has anyone taken a sway bar off a king pin 620 and installed it on a ball joint truck? Are they interchangeable? My lower control arms have the holes where the ends woud attach. It looks like it bolts on in the same threaded holes on the frame where my 620 currently has tow hooks bolted in? 2. Does anyone know if the sway bar off a 720(?) is interchange with a 620? Without removing them to mock up they look like they might mount closer on the frame on the 720, thus possibly a shorter sway bar?

DMech, Are those covers? With the fuzzy pics I can't tell if it is cloth or fuzzy sheep skin covers. :D

I'm 6'3" and 275lbs. I have one stock passenger seat bolted in on the driver side that is falling apart. A friend sold me some seats that sit too high and I can't get far enough away from the steering wheel to get my legs folded in. It would be nice to have some high-backs since it is a KC. (I saw the thread... and actually have some buckets out of my boat...no way !) What seats have you big guys installed? Comfortable? Easy install? Do they track back far enough?

Need a decent set of Fender Emblems. Can't afford NOS. Metal or plastic is ok as long as both are in the same condition. Would like to stay with original style but would consider any of the three below (510 & Z?) Don't know where to buy the after market ones if anyone else does, I'd appreciate a link.
