New 620 Idler Arm Design Full Roller Bearing

I designed a new housing for the 620 idler that uses roller bearings. It uses roller bearings and thrust washers to reduce friction. I also added 2 more fasteners to solidly mount it to the frame.

That is the plan.
Still need to figure out prices and possible options.

Assembled? Just fabbed parts with a parts list? Somewhere in between? Opinions? 
Either way you would have to supply the arm itself as I have no way to make those.
