New 620 Idler Arm Design Full Roller Bearing

I designed a new housing for the 620 idler that uses roller bearings. It uses roller bearings and thrust washers to reduce friction. I also added 2 more fasteners to solidly mount it to the frame.

Here are some development pics.

That is the plan.
Still need to figure out prices and possible options.

Assembled? Just fabbed parts with a parts list? Somewhere in between? Opinions?
Either way you would have to supply the arm itself as I have no way to make those.

Aluminum and stainless are expensive options. Steel is paintable or treatable.

You do have to use your existing arm, but you can install it.

I have some sets out for testing. Will update then they are available for purchase.
